Personally, I think scoundrel/operative is one of the hardest classes to play well. they are handicapped against mobs and geared more towards one-on-one, energy management can be a pain. so if you feel comfortable with those, you can handle anything. In my opinion Sorc/Sage is the easiest ranged followed by Commando/Merc.

Any class with a combination of near permanent stun immunity, knockback, almost infinite roots, massive damage, roll immunity to all damage and stuns, immunity to leaps, a combination of yellow and white damage should be nerfed.
